[VLC] Solving Gibberish Subtitles when Using VLC

1. Make sure the sub file is in utf-8 or unicode
   
   
2. Navigate to VLC>Tools>Reference>Subtitle/OSD
   
   
3. Change the "Default Encoding" to uft-8 and the font to "Microsoft Yahei"
   
   
4. Enjoy the nice sub!
